Everybody knows that bees make honey, and Vinnie is a hungry Pukh. He convinces his friend to help him get the honey by way of balloon and\u00a0umbrella. Sound\u00a0familiar?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This is the Soviet&#8217;s take on the more familiar <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=91uPid7ufCA\"> Disney Winnie the Pooh cartoon<\/a>. This adaptation was created in 1968 by  <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Soyuzmultfilm\">Soyuzmultfilm<\/a>, the USSR&#8217;s premiere animation studio. In the following years they animated and adapted <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/view_play_list?p=25AF7A6352D3AAAC&amp;search_query=vinni+Pukh\">a few more of the Pooh stories<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-thumbnail wp-image-983\" title=\"cheburashka\" src=\"http:\/\/astroblastro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/02\/cheburashka-170x170.jpg\" alt=\"cheburashka\" width=\"170\" height=\"170\" \/>My old friend Gene\u2014who grew up in Russia watching these old cartoons\u2014first told me about Vinni Pukh when I asked him about the overly adorable <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=sICgWJ46_4E\">Cheburashka Bear<\/a>.
