Imagination Playground

Sara, Bannack and I made it to Imagination Playgound today. It’s a very well designed little stop on the South Street Seaport, not terribly far from the Cooper where Chris is attending school. The park is split into three sections, a sand box, a set of massive blocks and a little water park. Bannack played until he was drenched and literally couldn’t lift himself off the ground.

In spite of his best efforts He only played with about 30% of what was available to him in the half acre or so of playground. I guess that means we’ll just have to play here again.

  1. Aunt Colleen,

Looks like Bannack is having a blast! I love the shot with the tall ship behind him, but had to laugh at his attempt to block the papparazzi!
I’ll share with Gram later tonight :)

  2. Colleen Casey,

These pictures make me want to reach out and hug him! I know he would be polite and let me give him a little hug then push me away because there is always something else to grab his attention!

    • You just have to get him in the golden hour after his nap! I’ll let you know that in the walk from the playground to meet his papa Bannack was not being too polite at all, even his blanky was annoying him! But seeing his dad made him feel a lot better.
